“I am intrigued with the ways great sales people do what they do year in, year out,” Storms says.

“Really good sales people are focused, driven, smart, organized, tenacious, honest, and have a great grasp of how businesses operate.  They’re great listeners – always thinking and willing to ask hard questions.

“And those types of people are hard to find.  There are never enough of them – whether the economy is hot or cold.”

Mary started her recruiting career in September 1996, at Ambassador Personnel Services in Charlotte NC. In 2004, she set out on her own to focus solely on recruiting for business-to-business technology sales professionals.

Before joining Ambassador, Mary was in public relations, which helped prepare her for recruiting. “As a journalist, I asked questions, probed, found out what made people do what they did. I also get a kick out of negotiating and closing the deal, so I’ve found the perfect job for me. And I like to make similar good, long-term career matches for others.”
